Up and coming actress Taylour Paige sat down with Concrete Loop to chat about her starring role as Ahsha Hayes on VH1′s new scripted series, ‘Hit The Floor.’

The trained dancer also spoke about working with veteran choreographer Debbie Allen, how she keeps in shape, inspirations and a whole lot more!

I started dancing with Debbie Allen at 10 and I’ve been dancing with her ever since. She’s like a mom to me. She took me all over the world. I’ve been to Italy with her, I danced at the Kennedy center with her and I did all of her musicals. She really exposed me to everything at her dance studio… She [says] the best entertainers know everything..

Singer-songwriter Jade performs an intimate set of new songs earlier this week in NYC. Pictured above at Hotel Chantelle, the talented artist wore a slim fitting gown with eclectic jewelry pieces.

Jade plans on releasing her EP soon, which features the song “Freedom”. She is also putting the final touches on a brand new music video. Make sure to check out her performance of “Blue Notes & Green Trees” below.

We first introduced you to songstress Lorine Chia in March as one of our Artists to Watch. The Cameroon native by way of the Cleveland suburb of Willoughby, Ohio is offering us a new visual for her single “Fly High”, which she premiered online last month.

Directed by Young Wonder, the video captures a spring drive through Lorine’s hometown of Cleveland. Hanging in a drop-top with the wind through her hair, she sings a song of the grind neceesary to attain success, and new beginnings. Her raspy, jazzy toned voice floats above the bass-heavy, whimsical-trap track.

A “black man” comment and a couple years later still leaves a bad taste in Wayne Brady‘s mouth.

The Let’s Make a Deal host further expressed his emotions towards comments made by comedian, Bill Maher, on CBS This Morning with Gayle King. Before diving into the topic, he made it known there were no ill feelings starting at the 3 minute mark.

Well just to clear that up, so I’ll address both sides of this. There’s nothing between us.

But that didn’t change how “pissed off” Brady was.
