Gloria James, 37, was pulled over last Friday night for almost hitting an unmarked police car. While pulled over, the officers said James smelled of alcohol and she appeared to be disoriented. She struggled with police as they attempted to put handcuffs on her. They put her in the back seat of the housing authority car and SHE KICKED OUT ONE OF THE WINDOWS! Tension is mounting amid rumors that Tameka Foster, Usher’s stylist-turned-gal-pal, has management ambitions. “Him dating her is causing a serious family rift,” says an insider.
