FOR NOT HELPING WITH INVESTIGATION

NEW YORK (Feb. 16) - The police commissioner berated rapper Busta Rhymes on Wednesday, accusing him of withholding information about the slaying of his bodyguard at a hip-hop video shoot.
At a news conference at New York Police Department headquarters, Commissioner Raymond Kelly complained that the silence of several potential witnesses has stymied the investigation of the Brooklyn killing last week of Israel Ramirez. He saved his harshest remarks for the rapper.
Ramirez “worked for him,” Kelly said. “I’d think he’d be knocking on the door. … If your employee’s murdered in front of you, you think you might want to talk to the police.”
Ramirez was gunned down on Feb. 5 (read more)

Busta needs to stop tripping and START SNITCHING. Busta, if he was your friend, how you gonna let it go down like that?

Busta is a straight Busta!!
He needs to speak up. Someone Brother/son/loved has died most likely for you, and you rather not speak up aleast for the family of the deceased…. I don’t get these rappers these days. “What goes around comes around”!! I always say. Busta speak up and stop running. How hard sre you to hide like you are?

This is just a bad situation all together. Yes, I think Busta should co-operate with the cops, but it is like we have forgotten that, the idiot who pulled the trigger, is part of G-Unit. And he allegedly drove off in Yayo’s car. Doesn’t that make Yayo an accessory to murder and aiding and abetting a criminal? I think the cops could kill(no pun intended) two birds with one stone if they put the squeeze on Yayo because he witnessed the shooting and he knows the triggerman. Plus, Yayo is on parole, and should not be around guns. If I remembered anything from my two years in law school, that’s a violation.
I mean this might sound insensitive or irreverend but leave Busta alone. Go after the real criminal.

I grew up in the hood and I’ve never understood that ghetto “Code Of Silence”….many people of hood origin claim that brotherhood is of the utmost importance to them, but they won’t come clean when one of those same brothers are injured or killed. What type of Brotherly Love is that? I don’t want any part of that….if you see me shot, bitch TELL!!!

When you continue to involve yourself with that type of element, even though you’ve become successful you’re an IDIOT! This is why I feel no sympathy for people who complain the police not investigating the murders of famous rappers. I guess these rappers feel that really gotta keep in “real.” Real stupid.

Forget the street motto this guy put his life on the line for Busta and Busta couldn’t go to his funeral or even help with his murder. I hope people boycott his album. He is sending the wrong message to the youth of today. It is not ok to keep quiet. This “code” was made up by these criminals who are we to abide by them.
Busta aint being no rat by saying what he saw he is doing the right think. If it was someone in Busta’s family who got shot I bet he would be snitching then. This man had kids and it’s a damn shame. Why do we have the police to serve and protect us if we are not wanting to help them. I surely wont be buying his album because of this! It makes me loose respect for him.

I’ve always been a Busta fan but ya’ll are right. That street code shit is tired. Busta is a too old for all that silliness and hasn’t really been in the streets or lived by those rules for a long time. A man who protected his life for a living is dead and he can’t even honor him by helping with the investigation? Thats messed up.

Busta could at least get someone to take care of yayo and his little puppet without getting his hands dirty. I mean damn busta the man did die in the line of servicing you but I guess that meant nothing. He wont cooperate with the police okay that would be understandable if you had some type of stratedgy to
care of the situation but he isnt saying anything to the family either come on man. In a nutshell I really feel busta started some shit with that touch it video, he subliminally motioned towards fifty when he tried to choke that guy out in his video while stating “I dont really fuck with you niggas you, niggas is clowns. Deep down Bus knows that bullet was meant for him, he needs to do the right thing and huh handle the problems.
