Hey yall, I really apologize for the long hiatus. I didn’t plan on this to take that long. But with the server switch, different i.p’s and a whole lotta other shit, I’m happy it was done in a week. I’m so behind on the news and gossip, it’s ridiculous.
Just a heads up, I no longer use Movable Type, it’s all about Word Press right now. All the old archives are located on your left. Since it’s a new journal, I decided to start over.
New posts should be starting up tomorrow. I gotta have the database set…

concrete loop will be down for awhile. which means no new updates for about a week or so (hopefully sooner, like by tuesday). sorry yall, but i need to get all this server stuff dealt with now, because it’s starting to get ridiculous! i might need to change to blogspot or something. i dunno yet.
the comments might work now, but eventually they will mess up again. that’s why all this stuff needs to be dealt with now.

SHE HOPES TO BE A MOM BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR..
Is QUEEN LATIFAH planning on motherhood? The rapper-turned-actress breaks news that she hopes to be a mom by this time next year. “I’m really working on it,” she says. “I’ve got everyone galvanized, I’ve cleared my schedule, and it’s going to happen soon. God willing, I will be a mom!”
Latifah, who puts her maternal instincts to use in ‘Ice Age: The Meltdown,’ says she doesn’t plan on being a stay-at-home mom but will make her baby top priority. “The thing about having a child is — I believe it’s the most unselfish thing you could ever do,” she says. “They’re going to come first.” (view video of interview here)
I don’t even know what to say about this one. Because it just brings up so many questions. How will she go about getting a child? invitro fertilization, sperm donor, adoption? I dunno what’s going on with that. I wish her the best though.
