ESCAPES LAWSUIT..
After renting the Los Angeles mansion of Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer for $70,000 a month, Prince got to work repainting the exterior with purple stripes, his trademark symbol and the numbers “3121,” the name of his album released on Tuesday (March 24).
The new enhancements on the 10-bedroom, 1-bath West Hollywood property did not sit well with Boozer, who filed suit in January against the entertainer claiming the singer violated terms of his eight-month lease by making substantial overhauls to the property – including the addition of a monogrammed carpet in the master bedroom and additional plumbing added for “water transport for beauty salon chairs,” the suit said (read more).
