The wedding was at a resort, it was poolside and the place where the reception was held (at the same resort) was specially built for them. Alot of flowers and crystals,ice sculptures as well. All in all a very beautiful wedding.

Since I was really there,I can tell you that NOTHING about this wedding was cheap and last I heard,a RECEPTION is supposed to be a CELEBRATION! With all due respect Milton,that is not true.I wasn’t the only one with a camera at the reception.How do you think I took the pics with Lisa and the some of the other attendees? They seemed to be ok with it.Had they asked me not to use the camera,I would have complied without hesitation!There were people in charge all around us and no one said anything to me or the others taking photos for their personal use.

I am so sorry for the Turks and Caicos Islander. Instead of bigging up Mr.Mike wedding you need to talk to him about bigging up a respectable HOSPITAL and more AMBULACE. Did you know there is only one ambulance in the islands, God forbid what if it was an emergency for the airplanes passenger or the cruise ship passenger, where will they fit, the hospital is too small (not enough for the Islander) and by time the ambulance take one, the other is in need. Think about it, it might be you or a love one.

I don’t see the purpose of this some one email this to me and i think it’s the best way to get a cross to the people because all it is about gossip on one another instead of reality. Enjoy it while you can cause the island will soon be finish. It will get rough and tough. He need to be more concern of his island not casino or a park down town. One thing I can say is that LR had people from every walk of life present at her wedding. From the ghetto to heads of state and anyone that can treat people from any background with the same respect and kindness as LR did is doin the damn thang. What are the politics and misappropriation of monies by the government? Are the people pleased with the job of the prime minister? What is the value of the US dollar; how are the people living in this country; what is the standard of living, the quality of life, access to good medical care, health care, good food, etc. unemployment rate, the growth of technology and ecommerce in Turks & Caicos, etc.

It is a true blessing to find someone who can make you glow for whatever reasons. Any women, I feel would love to be in her situation. Lisa Raye looked beautiful , her husband is handsome, and the entire wedding was beautiful. Lastly, her wedding cake was out of sight. I know that wedding cake had to cost a cool million. She had a Cinderella cake which consisted of a carriage with the bride and groom smiling inside of it and it had two white sugar coated horses pulling the carriage. It was so pretty that I would have prevented people from eating it. Lisa is a lucky woman and to the all the haters, keep hating because her life will never become yours!

I am so glad I got to see the wedding on Oxygen. Lisa loked absolutely beautiful. I was totally blown away when she walked down the aisle. She looked like a princess & very deserving of her prince. The only thing that pissed me off was the fuck ups that didn’t set the fireworks off when Preston originally asked…he kept sayin, “Do it, do it, do it.” I don’t know what the hell went on, but it would’ve been perfect had they done it on que when he told them to. I am glad that al least they did do it at the reception. No these pics do not do the wedding/reception justice & her hair was not only gorgeous, but very appropriate at the ceremony…she only let it down for the reception.

As far as DaBrat being in the wedding…that’s Lisa’s sister, don’t know about ya’ll but my sister will probably be in my wedding too…okay y’all do your homework. I am VERY angry at you Oprah for allowing that infomericial to lure obese lonely African American women down to those islands, to be shown on your Oxygen network. The fact that it was shown right after “Mo’Nique’s Fat Chance” made it so obvious that, that was the intent of the program. Oh yes, it was billed as Lisa Ray’s wedding story, but then again it wasn’t even that, it was billed to promote that Jamaican, Mr. Fabulous, wedding business which didn’t employ one single African American. You present yourself as Mother Teresa to the world when it comes to protecting white women from predators but yet you allow that show to go on the air to lure lonely black women to those islands, the same way Terry Mcmillan did when she put out that “Stella Got her Groove Back” movie. You do everything you can to help white women avoid predators, assist in exposing all types of antisocial and deviant behavior, yet you allow that infomercial to go on the air knowing full well that 99.9% of black women who get involved with those people end up losing their health, wealth, and are left with nothing but a tremendous amount of pain. The worst part about that infomerical to drum up tourism, was Lisa Ray’s pathetic plea to convince herself and the world that her marriage was not a sham and that it would last for 10, 15, 20 years. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so irresponsible and so uncaring about your fellow black american women to even put that on the air. It was blatantly targeted for the time slot after Mo’Nique’s program to lure innocent lonely women. I don’t see how you could not have seen through that.

I think most of these haters are women from caribbean descent. The country of 30,000 is so small that it wouldn’t qualifty to be even a decent size U.S. city and is basically a cow pasture, except for the money that white people have invested there.
