Art Chic, as a reader of several other blogs, I agree. I rag on Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson wearing weaves more than I rag on black folks. Lots of white people rag on them for wearing obvious weaves and most of them can’t even tell that Beyonce’s “hair” is often not hers. I’m not at all a Beyonce (or Paris or Jessica) fan, but at least I don’t see Beyonce’s tracks while she’s posing on the red carpet like some of her white counterparts who probably pay someone several thousand dollars to look that unfortunate. Go look at the ads for “Great Lengths.” I can see the blond girls tracks and that’s their promotion, so imagine how much worse their customers look.
As to why NO ONE should breed with Jay Z, it’s not cuz he’s ugly. Ugly people need love too and sometimes, their kids turn out well. Look at James Brown’s kid. The reason why is because he’s a rapper who has been sleeping with groupies, aspiring singers, video girls and many many other women pretty much every night for years. I wouldn’t even shake his hand for fear of catching something.

I have to disagree with lace front wigs being worn in the pool. That’s the beauty of lace front wigs, you CAN wear them in the pool if you get a good quality hairpiece. You can even wear them for several days without taking them off if you like. Nonetheless, these pics are gorgeous, it shows Bey’s human side and how much she cares about family and friends. Her and Jay-Z make a great couple, it would be lovely to see them married with children. And I do almost feel like I’m spying, these are such intimate photos but I’m glad I was able to view them.

Just a press. Thats why her hair is so long. Relaxers really damage your hair, especially if you dont prepare for them well.

I agree gizmo… I have a relaxer though.. don’t care for it but I’ve had one for at least 20 years now and because I condition, use hot oil treatments and protein packs (all which i do myself)and get my ends cut regularly my hair is as healthy as it can be with a relaxer.
NOW for you all that go to the hair dressers every 2 weeks and they just wash your hair and put conditioner in (sometimes) and wash it right out without sitting you under the dryer and then sit you under the dryer for 1hr with no moisterizer in your hair (while she does another client hair) then curls your hair with curlers that been on for 6+ hour…

Art Chic, as a reader of several other blogs, I agree. I rag on Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson wearing weaves more than I rag on black folks. Lots of white people rag on them for wearing obvious weaves and most of them can’t even tell that Beyonce’s “hair” is often not hers. I’m not at all a Beyonce (or Paris or Jessica) fan, but at least I don’t see Beyonce’s tracks while she’s posing on the red carpet like some of her white counterparts who probably pay someone several thousand dollars to look that unfortunate. Go look at the ads for “Great Lengths.” I can see the blond girls tracks and that’s their promotion, so imagine how much worse their customers look.
As to why NO ONE should breed with Jay Z, it’s not cuz he’s ugly. Ugly people need love too and sometimes, their kids turn out well. Look at James Brown’s kid. The reason why is because he’s a rapper who has been sleeping with groupies, aspiring singers, video girls and many many other women pretty much every night for years. Honstly I stopped coming to this site for a while b/c there are so many unintelligent comments made and most of it is negative. I have to disagree with lace front wigs being worn in the pool. That’s the beauty of lace front wigs, you CAN wear them in the pool if you get a good quality hairpiece. You can even wear them for several days without taking them off if you like. Nonetheless, these pics are gorgeous, it shows Bey’s human side and how much she cares about family and friends. Her and Jay-Z make a great couple, it would be lovely to see them married with children. And I do almost feel like I’m spying, these are such intimate photos but I’m glad I was able to view them.

If dont pollute your head with nasty chemicals (or at least strengthen it enough to handle them) you too can have long flowing hair. Its no shade. Beyonce dies her hair and thats it. No Relaxer. Just a press. Thats why her hair is so long. Relaxers really damage your hair, especially if you dont prepare for them well.
And most of that is her hair. I think she may have added a piece or two. Beautiful..I wish more women would grow their natural hair instead of rockin those ratty ass perms. My stomach turns at the thought

I agree gizmo… I have a relaxer though.. don’t care for it but I’ve had one for at least 20 years now and because I condition, use hot oil treatments and protein packs (all which i do myself)and get my ends cut regularly my hair is as healthy as it can be with a relaxer.
NOW for you all that go to the hair dressers every 2 weeks and they just wash your hair and put conditioner in (sometimes) and wash it right out without sitting you under the dryer and then sit you under the dryer for 1hr with no moisterizer in your hair (while she does another client hair) then curls your hair with curlers that been on for 6+ hour…
Yeah I guess you would question if a sisters hair can be long and strong!!!!!!!!!

I never spoke on this topic because I don’t know if it’s her hair or not. All I know is she be workin it.
But I have a question for all the hair experts out there.
In pic nbr 2, B’s hair is straight. Like it was flat ironed or something.
She has said she does not get perms. UnPermed hair tends to curl when wet.
So, when she got in the pool, her unpermed hair became curly. Now I know front lace wigs are good but I don’t think they curl when wet!
Now I’m not saying she did not have on a piece or something. I was just wondering how y’all think she worked all that out.
