LeToya is a leader and so is Beyonce thats why the group situation didnt workout. LeToya wanted more recognition and Mathews said no. LeToya fired him as manager to her suprise she was replaced. Six years later after never giving up on her destiny she has established her own credibility. She will get success on her own terms.
