Her hair looks pretty. What I always wonder is why when black when get hair added it is weave and when white women do it is called extensions. Same thing, same method I think, why a different name. Extensions makes it sound so much more acceptable, while the word weave sounds so negative. Target, Target’ same thing. Get extensions/weave just gives options. Not everyone wants to look the same everyday and it allows you to wear you hair differently without having to cut, color, or damage it. It is totally acceptable, and really is no one’s business.

If you are black, you would know that most black women perm their hair because it is easy to manage.
In the winter, I used to wear a lot of weave and braids because that was easier to manage. I lived in Canada, so styling my hair every morning wasn’t the smartest thing.
I didn’t want to look white, it was fashionable and easy. Plus it didn’t damage the hair like perms.

Where do you get the notion that if a black person’s hair is long it’s because he/she wants to be white? Black people’s hair can grow just as white’s, the problem is that our hair tends to break a lot easier.
Not all black people have very course hair. In Africa, there are different textures depending on the tribe. DON’T fool yourself!
You have the some Aborigines in Australia who have straight hair, that doesn’t make them less black.
