Vitiligo is a gradual loss of pigment in patches, MJ’s entire body is as white as can be. There are treatmens available to combat the color-loss, & I’m sure he could have afforded to take care of that if his condition was real, but MJ’s real condition is called “I don’t like my black self” , in which a cure has yet to be found.
