Hoopz was there looking a hot mess or a H.A.M. as they say on concreteloop.com. Not only was her outfit ridiculous, she had a “scrunchie” in her damn head!!! She’s lucky I could’t get a picture of that. But the other pic is of her and Slim Thug……..uh huh…..who was in her ear the whole night.
