Hoopz hosting a B-day party

A CL visitor happened to be at the party, and here is what she said:

Hoopz was there looking a hot mess or a H.A.M. as they say on concreteloop.com. Not only was her outfit ridiculous, she had a “scrunchie” in her damn head!!! She’s lucky I could’t get a picture of that. But the other pic is of her and Slim Thug……..uh huh…..who was in her ear the whole night. Oh and the purse she had……….words can’t even explain, check that out too. If your gonna be in the spotlight now, let’s step the wardrobe game up a little……don’t you think?
