Adams was caring for the 13-year-old when she engaged in sexual activity with him, according to the complaint.

On April 22, Adams performed the sexual activity in front of a 7-year-old girl who was also in her care.

Adams was released from Ocean County Jail on $100,000 bail, jail officials said.
