I completely agree. The beige is very boring and monotonous. Her bedroom and bathroom look so blah. There are so many other things (design wise) she could’ve done to give them personality.

That condo is fabulous, trust me if it looks that good in the pics, imagine in person. Most might consider this a good deal actually. Maybe they didn’t want to live in a huge house even if they can afford it because the location the home may be inconvenient especially since it just for the two of them. Also, I was under the impression that there were two bedrooms but other rooms not used as bedrooms, might have a lot of square footage, good view, prime location, luxury, etc.

In NY all apartments in Manhattan are hell a expensive. Especially if you buy it. My co worker has a 1 bedroom in Soho (hot area) and is paying
