Snoop Dogg feat. Pharrell Williams - Vato (radio rip) - download
Seriously, this is ill. I really dig the beat, it’s fire. I always love Snoop’s delivery, especially on a hook and Pharrell’s delivery is also crazy. Hopefully Snoop’s working on an album that’s going to be as hot as “R&G: The Masterpiece.” Snoop hooking up with Star Trak was a really good look. I’m digging this.

Tyrese - I Ain’t Tryna (full) - download
So, I’ve been told that Tyrese is releasing a rap album under his alter-ego/rap name “Black Ty.” So, like I said… it’s supposed to be a rap album. But I’m not sure considering that this is another R&B track, with Tyrese singing? I’m confused. Still, I wish he would get back to the little boy singing the Coca Cola theme song on the bus… remember that commercial? He was really SANGIN’ back then.

Keri Hilson - Wrong When You’re Gone (snippet) - download
This snippet is rumoredly from a song for Kelly Rowland, which Keri wrote and sang the guide vocals for. It’s really not bad, a catchy little ballad. It’s pretty well-written, and I really love Keri’s voice. It sounds like honey being poured over… well, you get the picture. Since a full tracklisting hasn’t been confirmed for Kelly, who knows whether or not this appears on her album or if Keri’s keeping it all for her self.

One Chance - So Emotional (full) - download
If you’ve never heard of One Chance, their Usher’s stab at a male R&B group on his label Us Records. Personally, I think that Usher should stick to pushing Rico Love for right now. One Chance has had songs on Usher’s “In the Mix” movie soundtrack, as well as a cameo as a sidewalk-singers group in the movie. This song doesn’t do much for me, but you can check out their MySpace page, it’s got some more material, which in my opinion, is a little better than this song.

Well from what I’ve heard, Tyrese, is going to have a double-album coming out. One CD is going to be R&B and the other Rap….

The Keri Hilson snippet is dope too….Kelly should rock when her album comes out.

Brian, please try to find that new Methodman song with Lauryn Hill called Say…it’s been rocking radio stations here in South Africa and I love it.

Snoop & Pharrell: LOL,oh my god I love it! “Run mutha f**ka runnnnnn!” and the accent “Snoop Dawgy Dawwwwwg!” This song is fun, and the beat is so Pharrell yet so Snoop at the same time…I like that. :0)

Tyrese: Nothing major to me, I know he has more to offer. Nice just for a slow jam though.

Keri: I don’t know, nothing I’ve heard from her yet has caught my attention.

One Chance: I’ll pass. :0(

Pharrell is so talented. He’s making beats for top artists, plus he has his own smoothness. Everything he does is different. He’s going to go higher up! He might not be a great rapper, but if he stretches his talent to create the music he feels we all need something serious is gonna pop off POP**

Tyrese needs to get back on the bus and sat down somewhere, since his “thug” apperance in Babyboy and his Waiste Deep… im guessing he thinks hes become a “rapper”. Just stick to the R&B role, mann…

Snoop is always bangin’

still love Tyrese

You guys are killing me with all these Keri Hilson snippets…I guess it’s best for her that her joints are available like that but I do have one full song from her called Love Ya and it’s pretty tight. I can’t wait for her CD to drop. I just hope her promo team do her justice

One more chance can get another chance from me. It’s a decent song. I always like to hear “ooh la la bangladesh”..lol

The Snoop song is pretty good..

I’m not feeling the Tyrese joint at all..The One Chance song sounds much better to me

I think Keri Lynn has really nice vocals, I’ve heard a few of her other songs and she has great potential..

Brian, let me tell you, just WAIT till you hear Tyrese’s R&B album. I’ve heard a few tracks and they are amazing. It’s a different vibe from his first album but nonetheless some damn good baby-making music.

As far as his rap album is concerned, it’s pretty good actually. The beats knock hard. They’re very westcoast. Definately check out his mixtape he has circulating; it’s called Best of Both Hoodz, I believe.
