Yes she is reaching 40 (if not already) & NO she is not going the VIVICA ROUTE, however TONI does have BREAST IMPLANTS.

JUST TO BE TOTALLY CLEAR:
The “underwear” that you see in the pic is actually the lycra snap-on support attached to the corset sewn into many of Roberto Cavalli’s dresses this season. The lycra corset holds the fabric of the dress tightly to the form to ensure that the wearer’s shape stays visible. SO - they are not “granny underwear”, they are a part of the dress, which, by the way, is a Roberto Cavalli, not Dolce and Gabana (as was noted in another post).

AND - yes, this did happen during the performance in Berlin (the fan was unfortunately activated on the wrong setting - instead of the low setting, they accidentally put it on high).
