If it wasn’t for Lisa Bonet’s character Denise, there wouldn’t have been A DIFFERENT WORLD! Even with Jasmine Guy’s Whitley Gilbert, that show wouldn’t have made it without Denise Huxtable in the beginning! Notice how the ratings kind of slipped without her even with Debbie Allen as producer-director (I’m not knocking her at all, she was brought in when Lisa Bonet returned to the Cosby Show due to her real-life pregnancy to keep the show competent in the ratings)

Some of you guys need to stop berating Lisa Bonet and Look at the facts again: as reiterated, Debbie was brought in to keep the fire burning. Lisa was the star of the show, NOT A PRODUCER! OR ARE SOME OF YOU JEALOUS!
i would like to say that all of the original cast members,as well,as the new ones did well.i am interested in knowing,about the love interest of jada pinkett smith dorian,on a different world.i think all of the crew still look great.people age;because thats what we do.
where is the freshman cast of different world.i like the part about jada,and dorian when he and tupac battled in the club over jada.i really dug the whole set,but jada and jasmine,and their beaus were my favorite.i hope they do have a reunion soon.
