Janet Jackson’s shoot for “Call On Me,” the first single from her album 20 Years Old, took place inside a hangar at California’s Santa Monice Airport from June 28 to July 1.The theme: A blend of live action and animation, the video is inspired by the children’s classic Aesop’s Fables. “It’s a lot of fun and whimsical,” says Jackson.
BET will premiere the video on July 26th, so watch out for that.
In related news, Janet has set up a contest for a fan to make her new album cover. Fans are given a total of 33 high quality photos of Janet from which they can select.
