I think Missy dealt with poverty and some abuse issues throughout her child hood. So maybe it would be interesting as a Lifetime/vh1 type thing. But I agree with Timbo because it is not supposed to be a star studded biopic. It’s a dramatic tale. Also maybe we will see her coming out of the closet as well.

Timbo played an important part to her career. Together they made missy. His not willing to participate in the movie will damage the production. Who will she name as the the person that placed her on the map dealing with the rap game.

Missy is from Portsmouth, Tim is from Norfolk. They didn’t hang together until late teenage years. Tim didn’t step foot in P-town until he came back with Missy riding through the projects trying to shine. That’s why they get NO love in their hometown. That’s why they rep other places. They used to go to the radio stations and blast us for supporting other artists that are not from here originally. But the truth is Pharrell, the Clipse, Teddy Riley, and a few members of Blackstreet are very supportive in all the cities around here. Giving time and money to worthy causes and NOT trying to shine. No one cares about people who don’t show no love or support. Missy likes to come to her old high school to shine, she don’t donate shit. She has a house waaay out in Va. Beach. She can’t step foot in Ptown for real. She came back this year to receive a Portsmouth notables award with about 100 bodygaurds….for what? The news didn’t even cover that story. She’s a loser in my book. Missy was not impoverished by any means. Listen to the lies, but I know the truth. Believe what you want. Teddy Riley is not even from Portsmouth, but he helps out in every city around here donating TIME and MONEY…and he’s allegedly broke. Tim is doing right by staying far away from this ‘hollywood’ act because the only real thing in the movie is going to be that her name is Missy. She doesn’t owe us anything and doesn’t have to rep VA at all, but I be damned if she is going to try to play the “whoa is me” act.

I think we heard most of her story from being a class clown, to being raised by an abused single mother, hooking up with one of the biggest R&B members (DeVonte Swing from Jodeci) only to be disappointed, experiencing the lost of Aaliyah, and having to lose weight for health reasons. Other than that, all she could share with us is that she likes females and that would be a rap.

He probably has HIS OWN biop movie or something similar and does not want to give up his story for free I guess.

I’m not sure if this is true or not but a couple years back I heard Missy had a baby by Timbaland. Maybe thats why he didn’t wanna be in it. I like some of Missy’s music but when I watched her reality show she was just a bitch. Excuse me for the language but she was rude and snobbish.

maybe missy doesnt donate or show love to her hometown, because when she was down and out, nobody out there was checking for her. Maybe when she needed help and support nobody was out there tryna help her. When her father was kickin her mothers ass, nobody was out there coming to her rescue. she was probably alone, and nobody from that hometown put a crumb in her mouth..so she probably feels why should she go back and give anything to THEM!

Her story is very inportant. There are so many young girls who look at tv and do not see themselves. Missy’s music is awful. Movie producers are sure scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas nowadays if they want to make a biopic on her life. Timbaland is smart for steering away from this trainwreck. She may be his friend, but it seems like an imposition on her part to want him to participate in a film that she hardly deserves and that surely will bomb.
