I think the most expensive part of this video was beyonce’s wardrobe, because the stuff that she’s got on is very high-fashion and looks pretty expensive.

@ 3. The runaway in the plantation…..Yeahh,she did comment once about her Creole maternal family coming from New Orleans, and about slavery and she wanted to portray her roots in her video. I liked the African dance, in my traditional dance we dance like that, it’s good to see her making that known. The other part seems a little bit as if she didn’t rehears for it well, not well coordinated.
We will see if it will have the same success as Crazy in love.

It is not unusal for an artist to perform the same dance routine from their videos but I wish I did not see her BET performance because I think I would have enjoyed the video more. I thought the video was boring but, who knows, it may grow on me.

#43 I totally agree…My entire family is from Africa and I’ve studied African dance from different countries in Afirca and I know for a fact that that is not any sort of African dance. It looked like she made it up and put on some so called African clothes.
