Yeah, some of these rap artists say the dumbest sh*t in their songs, and then when you hear them in interviews you’re shocked! I know most folks can’t stand him (and I don’t listen to his music) but Chamillionaire is one of the most intelligent sounding guys I’ve heard coming out of rap. It’s crazy!

I too was shocked when I heard her interview @ the BET Awards on the red carpet. She was very articulate. It’s real bad that we have to be shocked when a rapper actually comes off as intelligent in interviews. That shows how much of the market is satured by ignorant fools that can’t formulate a coherent sentence. Sometimes I can’t even watch BET. Besides showing videos 24/7 people (from tv hosts to artists being interviewed) on the network rarely speak proper english. As far as the video, it’s alright. It’s different for her and I at least am confident she writes her own rhymes (I don’t see Luda writing stuff for her…she seems to be a capable lyricist).
