Y’all can say what you want about Janet and Jermaine, this girl really sounds and acts like she has finally found love. I’ve been a fan of hers for awhile, and I’ve never seen her act like this. This should be a lesson to all us single females out there, don’t knock a “good man” because of his looks. I listened to this yesterday and it’s hilarious, really good interview! You get to see another side of Janet you don’t normally see. I don’t live in LA so I don’t listen to Power 106 on a regular basis, but if you go on their website, you can download a lot of different audio from Big Boy’s show.

Why is it such a shock that she would save her man over her brother? Isn’t that as it should be? Would it be any different if Jermaine were her husband? (I ask because it’s quite possible that he already is - if we know Janet)

The thing is, at some point in life, you love your mother, your father and your siblings, but on that same note, you also have to branch off and create your own families; it’s the way that God designed it.

So think about it, YOUR mother if given the choice would save HER husband (your father) over HER brother, right? If not, she SHOULD. Just like at some point, you and your brothers and sisters became more important to your mother than HER mother and father. Your grandmother branched off from HER mother and YOUR mother and HER siblings became more important to your grandma so at the end of the day, when YOU grow up, YOUR CHILDREN and your husband will become more important to you if, God forbid, you ever have to make the choice.
