That Mary picture is a raw file. Never should have been posted or submitted. However, I will go on record with Carol’s Daughter. If you are a person of color, I highly recommend her stuff. I also happened to be a friend of the creator for many years. I am so happy to see a truly spiritual ( not Hollywood spiritual) person of color make such an accomplishment. Who ever had taken that pic…caught Mary coming in out of the Miami heat. Under those conditions, anyone would look as such. I have watched Carol’s Daughter go from scratch to a corporation. I have never been so proud of another person coming from our environment, become such a factor in business world.

The simple fact is that being a celebrity means that half your job is looking good at all times. Regular folks like you and me can look any way we want (though we want to look as good as we can, of course), but celebrities are in the job of creating an illusion.
