The Radio One 25th Anniversary & Awards Gala took place last night in Washington D.C at JW Marriott Hotel. There was a big turn out as stars like Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Jay-Z, Diddy, Russell Simmons, Yolanda Adams, Smokie Norful, Vickie Winans, Eric Benet, Kirk Franklin and Gerald Levert, David Banner and Ruben Studdard among others paid their respects to Cathy Hughes. Performances came from Aretha Franklin, Natalie Cole, Yolanda Adams, Letoya and surprise guest – Beyonce.
