I couldn’t get thru one minute of this video. And here’s why…

1) The song itself is whack. She ain’t talking about nothing and she just reusing the same lyrical formaula that’s hot right now. I expect better from someone who can sang.

2)The fact that JD is in it was an immediate turn off (must he be in EVERY video for EVERY song he produces??) Suprised he wasn’t in JJ’s latest saying, This is …So… So…Def. He’s so so lame.

3)This sounds like a faster version of that Lean with it rock with it garbage (are they the same people?)

4)Video concept is played, and Yes, QTip did it first.

5)It’s Monica, and she’s cool, but watchin any of her videos is like watching paint dry

6) I think you get the picture

This is how I gauge real music, even club bangers: If I hear it ten years from now will I still snap to it or bob my head to it? Will I go, “Oh, that used to be my shit!!!!”? If it doesn’t pass that test, it’s gotta go. I mean that “Just got Paid” song was corny as hell but it’s still a club banger cause it was catchy and had a beat. THIS was PURE garbage. Another one for the trash can.
