Whitney will make a great comeback, with lots of love and support from everyone. Especially the black community. Let’s not downgrade her and upgrade for what she is worth! And I know Damn well Whitney was a legend and still is. We all stumble but that should not deter us from redeeming ourselves. People no need to hate now. Whitney will do amazing things with her life step by step. The first amazing thing she did was seperate herself from her husband. It’s about time she air out the negativity. It’s time for teh sunshine to seep through those cloudy skies of her….
We all have fallen and come short of God’s glory and I’m a believer that God can rebuild, restore, and enhance anything. Whitney is not the only one who has gone through, unfortunately her’s was in the eye of the public. If truth be told, when we look into our closets and see the skeletons that we store, count it a blessing that ours is still hidden. Work on Whitney and let the devil know that the last shall be first and for all those that speak judgement on your life, let the same judgement come to them. God has the last say not man!

Leave me with my memories
Hi all – good to “see” you guys. I like that analogy Bill, I really do. It is good to know when to just savor the memories and not try to make a comeback. It just would have been a shame if somebody had told Mary J. Blige that after her drug addiction or had told Patti to let it go when she had that meltdown 2 years ago. Even Mariah Carey, for all her antics, was able to make a comeback, racking up award after award after award even with the neurotic and outright bad behavior in recent years. Sometimes doing what you love is a way of recouping and even if not 1 person buys her album it may have a restorative effect on Whitney’s life. And, ya never know, maybe someone who has struggled and is able to see someone pull themselves back up. If she re-dedicates herself to her craft, trains and stays on the straight and narrow, I think that singing voice of hers has the capacity to blast away some of the competition. She won’t have to reduce herself to selling her image, etc…Peace yall

I am SOOOO done and over with Whitney Houston. Poor thing is a mess as a TOTAL package. I am sure that she has lost alot of her fan base. I do pray for her though because she is not THEE Whitney Houston anymore.

Dionne Warwick has lost her voice too… =( But for what its worth, its in better shape than Whitney’s (which isnt saying much). Gladys and Patti still got their voices cause they stopped smoking a long time ago.
