SOME black women are curvy but SOME of US are thin (just like with any other race, Latins, etc.) I think black women are too quick to jump on the “I embrace my curves” bandwagon to make themselves feel better about being overweight. (surgeongeneral.gov= 60% of black women ARE overweight) To me- Beyonce is curvy & Alicia is curvy BUT additionally slightly overweight. Not trying to start a riot but that’s just my opinion.

That is BS you just said about black women calling themselves curvy to feel better. It is true that some ppl tend to be smaller e.g Most asian women tend to be petite white women are straight and Most black women are curvy those are fact. NEVER DID I SAY ALL BLACK WOMEN ARE CURVY.
