CL INTERVIEW: LUCY DIAMONDS SPEAKS
Tuesday, September 26, 2006

Initially, I wanted to do the interview over the phone, but she wanted me to e-mail the questions..
First up, I gotta ask you- How do you feel about gossip blogs? Do you check out any of them?
LUCY DIAMONDS: Honestly, I never really paid attention to gossip blogs, nor did I realize the strength and the impact it has on today’s general public. Last week after the XXL Mag online story came out, a lot of your readers here at concreteloop messaged me to myspace, emailed me, im’ed me and called me. So immediately this website caught my attention and I checked it out and I saw some of the comments. I respect everyone’s opinion even the negative comments. The revolution will be blogged!!!I actually viewed your myspace video thing the other day, and you were clowning everyone from Miss Info, Jay-Z, to 50 Cent. I got to ask, 50 really doesn’t have a magic stick?
It’s clinically proven that if anybody abuses steroids, it affects the magic stick. So if it’s true that 50 is abusing steroids, then he suffers from this symptom…Ok, so let’s get to this whole Jay-Z debacle. You said so much of the story hasn’t even been brought up, what do you mean by that?
Everyday something else can be added to this ongoing story. Everyday I get some form of hate from this, but the hate will not stop my movement. I know lot of people are planning on coming out against me. But at the same time I’ve received just as much love and I appreciate the support.Jay-Z hit you up recently, what did he say to you?
I talked to Jay-Z yesterday several times via two-way. It was an interesting conversation to say the least. I do want to apologize for calling his mother a lesbian. And I am. It wasn’t in my place to speak out against his mom. It’s very disrespectful on a different level, and while I’m not apologizing to Jay-Z, I’m apologizing to Gloria Carter for my complete disrespect. Let me get it clear, I’m not apologizing for what I said about my personal opinions on his blasphemous lyrics, the unfair stance he took because of my association with Amil, or anything else. And while I do not agree with a lot of choices people make, especially those which go against what the bible teaches us, (and I am not saying that I myself have not made many poor decisions), how I addressed the situation was completely wrong, and I have no excuse for the things I’ve said about Jay-Z’s mother. I handled it very poorly, so once again, Gloria Carter I am very sorry for all the unnecessary disrespect I’ve shown. It was not kind to lash out at you, and for that I apologize. In a recent interview with Fresh from XXL, you said Jay-Z was like the anti-Christ. Why did you say that?
In the book of Revelation, and throughout the bible actually, we are warned about false prophets, and I understand that most people don’t know how to apply the bible’s messages into our modern living. I’m not saying Jay-Z is the Anti-Christ, but can be likened to a false prophet, and I am in no position to judge him but I do feel responsible for pointing out the danger he is putting himself in. You can’t put yourself on a level like that, you can’t view yourself as having any importance to people. Everything he has, he has because God allowed him to have it, it was by nothing he did, and he needs to remember that. We all do. Everything we have and everything we do is by the grace of God. I am not trying to beat people over the head with my beliefs or anything like that, and I’m actually very conflicted when I feel I should speak out on what I believe because I do not want my words or my actions to disgrace God. I don’t want my past mistakes to let people view me as a hypocrite now and therefore not take what I say about God seriously, simply because I am the one speaking about Him.A lot of people are saying you keep bringing up this Jay-Z thing just to get attention for your album, what do you have to say to them?
If people think that, they are wrong. First of all, I don’t have an album out so I’m not promoting anything to sell. Right now, I’m giving away my music. Anybody can hear my music at www.myspace.com/officiallucydiamonds and if they want a song, they can email me and I’ll personally send them my music for free. It’s not about the money.Don’t you think this whole thing will sabotage your career? Or do you even care?
Everybody is saying that I am committing career suicide, I’m going to be blackballed from the industry and I won’t have a future. I honestly don’t care. The business of music is so trivial, it just doesn’t matter to me. Look at people who work so hard and never get deals, never put out records, and never let go of their dream of doing it, so they just keep taking the beatings. Or how about a band who gets a deal and releases an album and they just never pop? They just sit in the stores telling their friends they had an album out, and that’s all it ever amounts to. So I’m not afraid of career suicide, if that’s what you want to call it. People are over when they’re over. However, with all the technology of today, it is much easier for an artist to remain independent, especially if you only aim for a smaller but loyal fanbase. You can now do everything yourself. You don’t have to answer to a corporation or the industry. You can sell your music on your own websites, press up your own music and sell it at your shows. You can sell your music yourself through iTunes, create your own ring tones, and promote and sell it on myspace. If you can’t get your video played, you can youtube and still reach the masses. An artists success depends on the artist and their music. That’s it.Ok I do this thing called “name drop” basically I just drop names, and you say the first thing that comes to mind.

Miss Informing The PublicSo what’s next for you? I know you have a new album, entitled Poor Dream Redemption, coming out soon. Is this going to be released independently?
Poor Dream Redmeption will be released at the first of next year through an independent label with major international distribution. Is there anything else you want to clear up?
We need to clear up hip-hop in general. It’s not art anymore, it’s art-ificial.

First of all the Grey album or whatever it is was not made by Jay-z. Some dj remixed the songs from the black album with some Beatle songs or some shit. That song was on the Black album and Kanye West did the music for that song and I don’t care what that preacher says 2 black man are not gonna make some song about 666. There is one thing black people are and that is God fearing. We just know better. So that sermon was a waste of time. And one more thing he should be happy that there is hip hop in the department stores instead of us having to give money to Tommy Hilfiger and Polo who don’t even want us wearing their damn clothes. Sorry but one more thing I just listen to the song he was talking about and there is a version where he was talking about his nephew that died and how he hopes he goes to heaven. No anti-christ is gonna want their family to go to heaven, they probably don’t even believe in heaven.

Well Number 10…like #11 said, JAY-Z did take on the name “HOV”–derived from “JAHOVA” which all should know is another name for GOD.
& for the record I never was too fond of him doing that either #11 so I am with you on that. & I like his music & movies over the years. But the most interesting part of this interview was when she spoke about JAY-Z, RELIGION, & him being an ANTI-CHRIST. If any of what she said is TRUE about him being “ANTI-CHRIST” he better get on his knees now, & pray to the lord for FORGIVENESS..because like this WOMAN has stated in her interview…IF IT WAS NOT FOR “GOD” JAY WOULD NOT BE WHERE HE IS RIGHT NOW. THROUGH HIM (GOD) ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
And as far as his mother goes…that’s old news I thought everybody knew his mother is a LESBIAN. BIG DEAL. ITS 2006 the SHOCK FACTOR of who is “GAY” (in hollywood or not) should come as no surprise these days anymore. But sadly it still does.
This LUCY DIAMONDS lady raised alot of interesting points throughout this interview.

This interview was interesting, I really don’t know who this chick is but she does speak well and have some very valid points. I have to admit, when I first heard Jay-Z calling himself Hova, and he had all of his fans chanting “Hova”, I felt that kind of strange. I said to myself “This nigga a Hova, nor is he God” I don’t give a gotdamn, what the hell he was referring to (#24), you never suppose to compare or give yourself the same hierarchy as the Heavenly Father. So I really do feel her, on that behalf and at least she was woman enough to apologize when she got out of pockets about Jay’s mom, so I got much respect for that. But anyway I like Jay-Z, but not thar much to be calling his ass “Hova” and ppl please don’t let that man brainwash yall (for the ones he haven’t got yet).

So… Superhead screwed the entire hip-hop nation, Hoopz played Flava on national TV, and Cassie can’t lipsync to save her damn life… but atleast they have earned their 15 minutes. What the F*ck has Lucy Di’mented done to deserve our “unnecessary” attention? This clown don’t even have an album for us to discuss, a real deal on the table, has’nt did anything significant or worthy of thodder, & she clowns our Hip-hop mpgul & Biggest, most signifigant Black Female of power today (Lady O’)… No, this bitch get’s no passes. Look, it’s really not that serious. First off, let me start by saying I am no Jay-Z fan, I’m not a big fan of Hip-Hop in general (there are a few artists I feel are worth listening to but that’s it), however if you don’t like Jay-Z or you think he’s “evil” just don’t listen to him. It’s that simple! While I do think he is wrong to use God’s name in vain, it’s definitely blasphemy, I don’t think he’s taking it as serious as some of you are and actually that’s between him and God. And I hope that no kids or people in general take any of this stuff seriously because it’s entertainment! It’s not real!

She raps like she readin nursery rhymes….um ghetto passes are hard to come by, truth be told we only give them out once every other decade. Teena Marie got hers in the 80s and Paul Wall in the 00s..there’s no more room now lady bug–check us back in like 6 years.
She does sound very 22/23 in the interview video on her page. Just real tit for tat. And her camp is not looking out. A real publicist would have squashed this nonsense before it even blew up like this.
Good PR is buzz around controversy when you stuff is tight. Her work is not that great. Perhaps Black America is more forgiving and open to white female rappers–cause there really hasn’t been one. But in order to really create all this frenzy your work has to be solid.

Ugmo, you’re transparent. You’re trying to drum up publicity so that when you DO release an album of nursery rhymes, someone will read them.
And as for Jay’s mom…..only people who are scared of their own sexual identity constantly speculate about others. Ms. Thang must be having some issues herself for her to talking about a woman she ain’t never met!

It really doesn’t matter how people feel about Jay-Z…it’s unimportant whether you’re a fan or not, or whether you like him saying ‘Hova’ or not…
the REAL ISSUE here is Ms. Lucy spreading such VENOM about people, and then using GOD to back her up…
what makes her think that Jay-Z doesn’t know that all his blessings come from the Lord??
Ms. Lucy you need to read Galatians 6
you can say God this and God that, but you’re words PROVE that you LACK MANY GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT

Lucy, if you are reading this blog tonight:
a) get the deal signed and sealed first before talking trash in ANY industry you plan on working in. Read the book You’ll Never Eat Lunch In This Town Again by Julia Phillips. It’s a good book and you might learn something from it.
b) never beat down a successful black man. It’s hard out there for a black man. I applaude any black man who has “made” it in their life or career.
C) …and probably the most important, USE PUBLICITY WISELY AT ALL COSTS.
God Bless You and Your Career

she sounds confused to me.
there was this old gospel song that used to play years ago. the chorus went,”Sweep around your own front door before you try to sweep around mine.”
scapegoating music and entertainment has been around for years. it’s easier for the preachers to do that than to come out of their cadillac money to make a difference in the community. PLUS that preacher is selling those dvds of his sermons.
fuck what’s on tv or on the radio. how about you listen to the younger people in your congregation? how about a scholarship program? how about closing the drug houses? how bout pressuring the city to provide more police in the neighborhood? how about monitering your neighborhood to make sure the police are doing their job? how about dealing with the HIV epidemic?
knocking black business and a man (Jay Z) who is contributing to the global community (working with the UN to provide clean water in Africa) is crab barrel bullshit.
the church used to stand for something, now it’s all about praying for riches.
if you are going to practise religion don’t just take the word of a man who suddenly was “called”. study and truly research it yourself. and remember church is a hustle too like any other. the pimp in The Mack said “Anybody can possess a body. What you aim for is the mind. Once you got the mind, you got everything.”

Why do we care about what she said or her apology?
Jay-Z is anti-christ like, and what? He doesn’t care about black people… He is fake acting like he’s down for the people when he is so out of touch with the reality that we go through everyday. That’s what happens when you’re a billionaire and haven’t lived the life that you “rap” about in damn near over a decade. Then all of this fake retiring business… I can’t stand all of these people like Jay-Z, Beyonce, Bush, etc. who front like they are down for the common folk. KNOW WHO YOU ARE SUPPORTING WITH FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM A DIME. PETA IS NOT ABOUT ENDING ANIMAL CRUELTY OR PROMOTING A VEGETARIAN LIFESTYLE. THIS IS ALL LIES. THEY BOMB MEDICAL TESTING FACILITIES THAT ARE WORKING TO CURE DISEASES THAT CAUSE GLOBAL EPIDEMICS (MAINLY AIDS).
IF YOU WANT TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TO PREVENT ANIMAL CRUELTY, SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ASPCA.
—————————————————-
PETA has been the target of criticism by other animal rights advocates. Virginian activist John Newton (formerly of Meower Power) describes the group as “cult-like” adding “If you’re not radical enough, they drive you out.” Merritt Clifton, founder and editor of Animal People has said “Ingrid Newkirk runs PETA like a guru cult. Sooner or later, everyone who questions her or upstages her in any way, no matter how unintentionally, ends up getting shafted in the most humiliating manner Newkirk can think of.” Sue Perna, an animal rights activist and former PETA employee calls Newkirk “an abuser of the human animal” adding “Many of us believe that the further we distance ourselves from PETA, the better off the animal rights movement will be.”[77]
John “J.P.” Goodwin, founder of the Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade, argues that some of PETA’s campaigns are detrimental to the credibility of the animal rights movement: “some people have positioned the movement as flaky, based on silly claims and goofy stunts. It’s time to say no to pie throwing, manure dumping, and naked models, and get back to talking about animals.”[77]
PETA’s “I’d rather go naked than wear fur” campaign has generated criticism from feminists for objectifying the female body. In response to an ad campaign in which Patti Davis posed naked with Hugh Hefner’s dog, Batya Bauman, director of Feminists for Animal Rights, asserts that “PETA has now escalated the tactic into pornography and got themselves into bed with Hugh Hefner and Playboy magazine”. She added that PETA “severely overstepped the boundaries of respect toward women”[78] Carol J. Adams, a prominent feminist and animal rights advocate, objected to PETA’s campaign saying “I don’t liberate animals over the bodies of women” and “I think the further insult was the celebration of PETA’s alliance with Playboy by having a jointly sponsored event last summer, at which Patti Davis was featured. I’m glad she gave some of her money to PETA. But like Catharine MacKinnon, I’m not sure reparations money is the way we go about changing the status of women. I abhor the alliance of any animal advocacy with pornography.”[79]
In 2005, a coalition of advocates for AIDS patients (Patient Advocates Against PETA, [4]) launched a campaign assailing PETA for its opposition to using animals to test possible AIDS drugs and calling on PETA’s celebrity supporters to account for their high-profile role in what they described as “hindering the search for a cure to AIDS.” PETA vice-president Dan Mathews responded that: “AIDS is an easy disease to avoid, but our government squanders millions on duplicative animal tests, rather than issue frank warnings, especially to young people.” Dr. Genevieve Clavreul, the coalition’s organizer, expressed concern that in order to find an AIDS vaccine “We are going to have to go to an animal model to do it and I don’t want to have to be fighting every five minutes against PETA.”[80] In May 2006, the Center for Consumer Freedom ran a series of ads in the Metro system of Washington, D.C., criticizing PETA for its opposition to medical animal research. The ads quote PETA president and co-founder Ingrid Newkirk as saying, “Even if animal research resulted in a cure for AIDS, we’d be against it.”, and then suggesting that given the choice between saving the lives of sick people and lab rats, PETA would choose the rats. PETA rejected this implication, quoting Ingrid Newkirk as saying, “Even if animal experiments did result in a cure for AIDS, of which there is no chance, I’d be against it on moral grounds.” PETA argues that real progress in understanding AIDS will come from “modern, sophisticated non-animal tests, not crude animal experiments.”[81]
PETA is critical of those they call “self-professed wildlife warriors”, television personalities such as Jack Hanna, Jim Fowler and late Steve Irwin, who work with and sometime antagonize animals on television. They argue that while those “wildlife exhibitors” express a conservationist message that is is often right on target, some their actions, such as invading their home, netting them, subjecting them to stressful environments and sometime wrestling with them are harmful to the animals they claim to protect. Those actions often involve babies which they say should be with their mothers.[82] The conflict between PETA and those personalities came to a head at least once in 2006, when PETA’s vice-president Dan Mathews stated that recently deceased conservationist and “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin, had “made a career out of antagonizing frightened wild animals, which is a very dangerous message to send to kids.”, adding “If you compare him with a responsible conservationist like Jacques Cousteau, he looks like a cheap reality TV star.”[83] This prompted criticism from Australian MP Bruce Scott who told his federal parliament that PETA should apologise to Steve Irwin’s family and the rest of Australia. [84]

That 666 shit came from the GRAY ALBUM people not the BLACK ALBUM, Dangermouse remixed the cd not Jay-Z not to mention the fact I just read an article a couple of days ago on Dangermouse and C-Lo Green saying the Grey Album was unsolicited.
I think Jay just saying he is the God of RAP when he say J-Hova and Hov, I don’t think he is taking it as far as a lot of you are putting it out to be.
And calling him the Anti-Christ is crazy and utter foolishness, people get a grip on ya imagination, please.
Oh and lets not forget people who are big in the church love to condemn others for some reason, still haven’t figured out why as of yet. Can anyone answer me why when you are supposed to be living by God’s word you do the exact opposite? Hmmmmmmmm…

what the heck is wrong with some ppl? Isn’t that like Sunday School 101??! lol
PS (some other ppl): Being the “god” of anything implies that there can be more than one God….meaning that you believe in the polytheism…which is blasphemic to THE GOD. jic you forgot.

I used to like Jay-Z he was like one of the few rappers I listened to until recently when i saw on Youtube the pastor(cant remember his name) play Jay-Z’s song backwords and heard that disturbing message that was played. That man needs prayer. I pray for his soul if he thinks that he can compare himself in anyway shape or form to our Lord he is sadly mistaken. Jay MUST BE the biggest shit in hip-hop when the church is going after him.
1rst. Who the hell’s job is it to reverse music & find hidden messages?
2nd, I think it is ridiculous to confuse the mediphoric practices of this art-form as anything other than that. There are other, more threatening entities that pose a threat to the church, but of course, those “threats” wouldnt generate the publicity & buzz Jay-Z could garner.
Like Timbz #190 comment states, that particular song was mashed & remixed by Dangermouse, & if you all watched the clip of the preacher, I find it all too suspicious that the actual “666, kill kill Jesus” quote was so clear & prominent, yet the music was barely audible. It certainly sounds like a fake.
People should be careful about the lies that they spread! & for all those who accuse Jay fans of being folleowers, you should (as well) be careful about you allow to lead astray…

#99, I really want to answer all the questions you posed, but to be honest, I don’t feel like it right now, so I’ll just say this….
Yes, there are many books out there that TRY to use scriptures as the basis for whatever doctrine they’re trying to promote, but there is only ONE book that has LIVING WORD, and that is the Bible.
I’m sure you have all the debate in the world against that, but it seems to me (according to your words) that you’ve never been introduced to who God truly is–LOVE!!!!! The Bible is simply the instruction manual on how to live. Jesus was our human example to show that if we live according to the Word, we will have eternal life.
God is not some dictator looking to strike fear in your hearts and ready to strike you down and send you to hell at a moment’s notice. However, He will not be mocked and has given us all FREE WILL to make decisions based on life or death. If you REALLY read the Word, you will see that those who went to hell went b/c of the motivation and hardening of their hearts and the decisions they made to CONTINUE to live in sin–even when the LIGHT (signs, prophets, JESUS) to tell them to go the other way.
The bottom line is…God loves you and accepts you the way you are right now, today. The question is: Do you accept it? Or, has your view been colored by a lot of hypocrites? I’m sure you’ve met a lot of Christians, some good and bad, but when you’ve had a true experience with God, you will know it. All I’m asking is for you to prove the Word for yourself. Give yourself a three-month window to first, ask God to show himself to you, make it a point to read the Bible daily during this time, Open your heart and mind to allowing God to show you yourself, put every viewpoint you listed here before Him, ask him to show you a real church to attend that teaches the Word with simplicity and understanding, and at the end of the three months, then make a decision. Don’t involve other people during this time…just you and God. Then, I’d love to hear about your experience.
Too Tot, at this point you’ll probably say, ‘I’ve tried that already’, but all I ask is that you try it again. No one will be around you, no one will influence you (unless you go around broadcasting what you’re doing)–It’s just you and God. It’s up to you.

Just playing the Devil’s Advocate here-but WHAT IF it’s all just a publicity ploy on behalf of Jay-Z!? He DOES have an album coming out next year……AND he has been pretty quiet lately-NO DRAMA. Of course everyone is gonna buy his album anyway, but people would be a lil more interested to see if he addresses her comments……….I DUNNO-it’s just a thought. Otherwise I think the chick is settin herself up to come up missing! LOL

I’m really tired of all this Jay being a Mason talk.
I am a Freemason. And first and foremost, we do not conduct ourselves in the fashion that Jay-Z portray’s his lifestyle to be like through his lyrics.
To be a Freemason you must have a belief in God and a will to help other people out. It’s a brotherhood. Not a secret society. There is no conspiracy. No illuminati. No skull and bones. It’s a fraternity of men who seek out brotherhood and true friendship.
Freemasonry is a brotherhood of good hearted men who will do good deeds for each other. That is it.
We wouldn’t dare call ourselves God. That in itself is wrong. So please don’t say things like “Jay-Z” is a masonic puppet.
Please read “Freemasonry For Dummies” (Real Book not Sarcasm) and you will learn more about the brotherhood.

#202: A lot of masonic chapters may not practice that today, but, the historical origins of the organization is Satanic. My former fiance was given the book to read when he considered joining the organization, as was his dad. They didn’t join for that reason. I also saw a special on ‘Secret Societies’, which spoke about the Masons origins.
You and your chapter may not practice it, but consider the fact that there are some who do. Secret societies, masons or otherwise, still exist.

Jay Z sold his soul to the devil just like the rest. He’s is an evil bastard and he’s an advocate for everything that is foul and wrong in this life. For all of those who say that wasn’t jz on that cd it’s sure as hell sounded like him to me. I have to say I agree with ol girl, but I also think she is no different than him. He has followers like he’s some kind of Holy man. All of his music promotes evil and foul living Example: “I have a condo with nothing but condom in it. All I do is rap sex” and so on and so forth. I just have to look at the reaction with most of you on this blog, you act like you want to do some actual harm to this woman for having something to say that is not nice about jz. WTF? I wonder if Jesus came back would any of you love him as much as you love this evil bastard? Would you fight and threaten people who spoke out against him? Would you do it now even though he isn’t on this earth. All the love you show to jz for warping your minds and brainwashing you should be shown to those who have made a real difference.

You know Ludacris said he was the Lord of the Lords and King of the Kings in one of his songs and lil Wayne said ” “its hot down here take a walk with satan” in fire man. It make you wonder as articulate as some of this rappers are… I know they can find other things to say.

In that song Lucifer on the Black Album, if you fastforward it or rewind the song, it says 666 Murder murder Christ. WTF?? Why he got subliminal messaging of hate on his records. That shit cool and I threw that Cd out cuz I can’t represent that kind of stuff. No matter who Lucy is, where she came from, or how much attention she wants, what she says of Jay-Z is pretty valid info. Him referring to himself as HOVA and then crowds joining in screaming HOVA is unquestionably wrong. Jay aint God. Yea I’m young and I party wit those songs but these artists nowadays with these vulgar lyrics are rotting the minds of people who don’t know right from wrong or who don’t have any specific morals.

I agree with her. Jay z does blaspheme a lot in his music. it makes me cringe. hes a good rapper..and he has good music..aside from the blasphemy. i dont get why he feels he has to disrespect the lord in his music. he is so blessed, and its like hes slapping God in the face in return. its not good. i aint mad at her

I think Jay Z sold his soul to the devil..thats why he is so successful..and thats why he always disrespects God in his songs. One thing I dont understand is..if Beyonce is so God fearing and loving the Lord, how can she date someone like Jay Z? i would never be with a man who says stuff like that about God. thats the worst thing in the world to me

At all of you saying that everyone is tearin jay down…its not true. No Jay isn’t a anti christ but he is continually using God’s name in vein and to children, he’s looked upon as a god. People are obviously letting these tv’s raise their children. Yall should look past the chick givin the info and really accept her message. You all cannot be Christians if you see abolutely nothing wrong with Jay or any other artists referring to themselves as the god of whatever. You cant make those kind of comparisons. Jay is hypocritical on this topic. You all’s comments just show how brainwashed you are by the Hip-Hop community. I’m not tryna sound all Holy and stuff but it’s a shame…

sigh…
I wholeheartedly believe this is a publicity stunt…whether for this lucy diamonds chick or Jay-z. Who knows…
I do agree that Jay-Z is blaphemous (’scuse my awful spelling
in A LOT of his songs when referring to himself as “HOVA” or “JAY-HOVA” Then again I always thought he was a five percenter (google it) like the majority of rappers from NYC.
However…like many people stated above… “666 Murder Christ” is on THE GREY ALBUM NOT The Black Album. When Jay-Z released the acapella version of the Black Album…many producers, wanna-be producers, and basically any kid with a recording software on their computer wanted to put their beats to his lyrics. DJ Danger Mouse was one of them…and he mashed The Beatles’ White Album (an album that was controversial because of it’s subliminal satanic messages and “creativity”) with The Black Album. Hence the satanic messages heard. It’s not on the Black Album (at least not any Black album I heard…) but it IS on The Beatles song Revolution 9 and/or I’m So Tired…Y’all be the judge.
Either way, I just feel the preacher had much easier targets than citing a hip hop artist with an obscure song. (*cough Bush…FEMA…Rumsfeld…cough*)
Start from the top and work our way down…Jay-z’s alleged “satanic subliminal messages” is nowhere near as evil Bush’s crimes against America…
But that’s just my opinion…

Whether it was the Black Album or the Grey Album, what would that have to do with the Beatles if it was Jay-Z’s voice on the subliminal message. Either Jay-Z is behind it, Danger Mouse, or the Reverend faked the whole thing in which case Jay-Z should take him to court. I doubt that will happen.

This lady is on the right track, but she is going backwards. She needs to understand that the whole Rap, R&B, hip-hop industry/generation is controlled by the devil, and artists like Jay-z, KRS-ONE, Biggie, DMX, etc are only pawns. Being a lesbo is also the devil’s vice. To be anti-Christ means to be anti-God which is to be anti-creation. Anti-creation is against the order of nature, which is man with woman. Adam and Steve, or Madam and Eve is the devil’s idea, and he is pushing this agenda on people worldwide. And people are accepting it like it’s all new and fresh to be gay, but the idea is centuries old, just like the devil. Sodom and Gomorra were destroyed because of homosexuality, it rained for forty days and forty nights because of homosexuality. I can’t help but to think that Syphilis and Gonorrhea came from Sodom and Gomorra. Anyway, hell is a very real place, and to keep your mind off of the that, the devil puts things like rap and TV in your way for you to not focus on who God is. Before I changed my life, I couldn’t get enough of Beanie Sigel and his “Shoot ‘em up” lyrics. Anything to do with dying, smoking weed, smashing hoes, I wanted to listen to. But that stuff is depressing and my life was going nowhere. As soon as I turned my life over to God, I never felt better. It was like the fog was gone, the smoke cleared, I could breath. God scrubbed all the smoke out of my lungs that I had absorbed under the influence of Satan’s lyrics. I would advise everyone to leave the rap industry, homosexuality and anything that’s not like God ALONE!!

VERY DEEP #220.
I hear that.
& for the record no one needs to visit WEBSITES, or PLAY RAP MUSIC BACKWARDS to know RAP is going down the toilette. IT HAS LONG NOT BEEN WHAT IT ORIGINALLY WAS…& for years…RAP HAS LOST ITS “SOUL” (so to speak).
All this shit this dudes out here rapping about (CARS/VEHICLES/MONEY/BIG ASS & TITTY HOES/20 inch RIMS/SPINNERS/ & GETTING LAYED) ALL ULTIMATELY ENDS UP LEADING TO “NEGATIVE INFLUENCES” all over the world. Just like it started out sending POSITIVE messages all over the world when it first came out–It is now sending NEGATIVITY across the world.
GANG VIOLENCE is still OUT OF CONTROL. TEENAGERS STILL MAKING BABIES & HAVING SEX LIKE NEVER BEFORE. THE TEENAGE GIRLS are dressing in TIGHT ASSED JEANS & CLOTHING or BARELY ANY CLOTHING AT ALL–HAVING SEX WITH “ANY BODY” (like the VIDEO HOES). GUNS are everywhere! “YOUNG BOYS” RATHER STAND ON THE STREET CORNER & SELL DRUGS TO THEIR PEOPLE TO MAKE FAST MONEY to get these fancy cars & “RIMS” they see in these rap VIDEOS (ultimately landing them 6 feet under in their grave or in jail) rather than STAYING IN SCHOOL & doing the RIGHT THING!
& like it or not HIP HOP (presently–plays a HUGE role in that)OLD SCHOOL hip hop & videos to most of these kids today is considered a JOKE! & that is SAD as hell! I agree with what ALOT of folks said in this BLOG. Along with alot of interesting point LUCY DIAMONDS also made–no matter what her “TRUE intensions” are…& like her or not..she raised some very intersting points. Some of which is VERY TRUE about HIP-HOP not only JAY-Z.
It’s a WAKE-UP call!

1st The trick is garbage POINT BLANK a Prophet is “A person who speaks by divine inspiration or as the interpreter through whom the will of a god is expressed” with that said Jay has never tried to school anybody on who is God and Hova was a name given to him because they felt that god was delivering his words to him the fact he can recite and remember his songs in his head without ever writing them down he has never once said I’m GOD I’m the JEHOVAH. Watch Fade to Black and he states he has never read the bible so(when him and Kanye in the studio)Jay has had that name for how long and it takes some BECKY wannabe to talk about him being the anti-christ and now everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon and say how wrong he is to call himself HOVA when really the people who follow a false prophet is just as wrong so can’t blame the false prophets anyway if people are stupid enough to follow them and not be in touch with god well enough to determine the real from the fake. I just hate when things aren’t even thought of then soon as a wannabe come along and question things then people start questioning as if the wannabe has a valid point. when the wannabe just trying to get attention and everybody falling in the trap including myself. Mark my words LUCY DIAMOND will never have a hit, never be on MTV,BET,VH-1 and any other channel but she won’t ever get any attention other then these blog sites(I blame WHUDAT 4 the start) but all who keeps blowing her name up for being a stupid broad and next year she will be back talking about her being BLACKballed,or she doesn’t need MTV, never wanted to be on TV in the first place ,just want to be underground etc., and still will be working at the local grocery store bagging with her good buddy Amil. and please don’t let me get started on her and oprah….

He disrespects God all the time. in “dirt off your shoulder” he said “m*ddle finger to the Lord” HOW COULD YOU SAY SUCH A THING! THAT IS BLASPHEMOUS!!!! ^^^ Actually that line said ”Middle finger to the law”
But anyway, Im not feelin Lucy Diamond (who is she again?) but some ppl are indeed brainwashed and its about time some parents started raising their kids instead of letting rappers do it! I also think that the preacher is spreading propaganda as well because that song was ‘made’ by that Dj but as soon as he found that song he decided to run with it and preach about it in church without doing proper research, and i aint even tryna defend Jay (even tho im a fan) cus i DO feel that some rappers might be worshipping satan e.g 3 6 mafia) but it is wat it is!!
