I watched VH1 Soul last night too, and oh do I miss the old Janet sound. Sorry not feeling this album, but I had a great time listening to her old jams and watching her videos: If, You Want This, That’s The Way Love Goes… and who can forget AGAIN?!! I love that song and the CSI Miami guy was in the video, remember? he looked so yummy with dreadlocks (not really liking his new disheveled look now).
Janet’s videos always rules and her songs either made you dance or made you think of past loves (yeah, her voice is whispery but y’all know you loved Let’s Wait A while, Again…the current whisperes don’t evoke that much feeling on a slow song).
