I mean before jail and after, i think her weight gain makes her look dramatically different with her plastic surgery. I don’t think she had any more done, but the weight accentuates some of her altered features, and not in a good way. Kim was super cute when she first started out, I remember her first CD cover – she looks nothing like that now. And as she ages, it will only get worse.
