India is Benets daughter from a previous relationship with a girlfriend who was killed in car crash 15 months after the girl was born. She was then adopted and raised by Benet and ex-wife Halle Berry during their relationship and 3 year marriage. Benet and Berry divorced amidst reports of unfaithfulness and sex addiction on his part in 2004..

That’s his story, so we can’t be sure, but I will say this..no one has seen Halle around this girl since. When they were married, every picture of Halle out and about the daughter was present.

Despite reports to the contrary. Halle NEVER formally adopted India. She was going to but changed her mind. Eric has said that in several interviews including his one on Wendy Williams Experience. Wendy asked him point blank and he dodged the question. Wendy eventually did get a straight answer and he said she never adoopted his daughter, but he wouldn’t discuss her and India’s relationship now and that subject was off limits.

I dont get how halle states she loves children so much and “cannot wait to be a mother” and abandonds a kid she played mother too, even though it was a bad situation. But it wasnt india’s fault. She claimed to have a deep connection with the kid and then after the divorce acts like she doesnt exist.
