I got this song a while ago, but as you know, the site was down. I like the sample, but Fergie’s voice definitely gets on my nerves on this song. I can tell, though, that her album is going to have some really live dance tracks. I’m sure Fergie doesn’t take herself too seriously as an artist, but she definitely makes fun music. I can tell, it’s gonna be a dance-inspired album, with tracks like this and the club-banging “London Bridge.”

I could have sworn that I read somewhere that this song was supposed to have T.I. on it. Ah, well. Another “B’Day” bonus track that’s on the Circuit City release of the album. I definitely think that Beyonce will be re-releasing “B’Day” with all these bonus tracks around tour time. Not much to write home about on this song. It’s another Rodney Jerkins (Darkchild) production.
Shareefa – Take My Shine (full) – download
Looks like Shareefa’s album is really coming together. This is another track that’s leaked. Luckily, it doesn’t have the same feel as “Need A Boss” and the other song I posted a few days ago. However, I’m not really feeling this song. I think it has something to do with how it’s mixed. It almost seems like the vocals were mixed much louder than the actual track. Anyways, I’ve been seeing a lot of promotion for Shareefa. Hopefully, she’ll do well.

I know you’ve heard one version of this song, but I just had to post this because my homeboy Bei Maejor sent it over my way, it’s the remix of his new song from his upcoming album “Trey Day.” I’m not exactly sure about the release date, but I’m hoping that Trey’s album is as enjoyable as his first. There’s something about this boy that I like.

Nothing really special. The Beyonce song sounds like just another Destiny’s Child song.
The Trey song is ok, too….not much difference to the version I’ve heard before beside the rapping, which is just ok too.

Beyonce – most of the songs on her album have her saying “hey” or similar background instrumentals.
Sharefa and the other, I couldn’t bear listening for more than 20 seconds. I do hope they all do well though.
I am not impressed with any of these songs. What is going on with black music. By the way….I am so so dissappointed with Beyonce’s albulm. I heard most of the tracks online and the lyrics sound like a preschooler wrote the songs. It sounds like Bey wasn’t connected to anything she was singing about.
On the other hand, I surprisngly LOOOVE LeToya’s albulm. I can not stop playing her albulm. It kills, no……….IT MURDERS Beyonce’s albulm. I think Bey should have consulted with her dad b4 rushing this albulm and keeping it all a secret. You can tell she rushed this albulm. I wish Beyonce would show us the real Beyonce and not Sasha her alter personality, the shit is old. None of her music feels authentic, just some jazzy beats and voiceovers. Just like Miss Jones said to the Making the Band girls, THIS IS WACK!

Beyonce’s album is simply the worst album of all time!!! This is what happens when you get so greedy that you try to hog all the song publishing rights by attempting to write your own songs when you are not a song writer. Both Beyonce and her dad are really going to wish they hadn’t choose that move as a business option, as it is bad business. Why? Because she has failed to avail herself of some of the greatest song writers and producers (some one in the same) that are available. Those people aren’t going to allow Beyonce and her father to push them around on the song publishing issue…nor are they going to allow them to steal large percentages of their song ownership(publishing), or any at all for that matter!!! And any producer/song writer working with Beyonce under those kinds of conditions is going to simply give her their worst shit…I mean, what would you do if you knew you were being robbed???…You’d give Beyonce and dad some bullshit worthless songs, and take a writer’s and or producer’s credit so you could use them to get other jobs with other acts…saving your best material for somebody who is going to pay you properly!!! That’s why Beyonce’s horrible album B’Day is a bomb in the making…Sure her first week sales will be good, if not great…but after that…it’s over. Her album will sink like a rock in the deepest part of the fucking ocean!!! And this track by Fergie sucks too…what a waste of cash that she’ll have to pay for the song publishing on that sample!!!

Every song sounds the same. “My man aint acting right and Im bout to do somethin about it.” She sounds desperate and insecure. And maybe I could deal wit that if they were ballads and they had substance and feelings behind it….but they dont…its like a…”Im crazy and I think my man cheatin but Ima make a ‘shake ya ass in the club song’ about it.” I dont know if yall understand what i am sayin but someone let me know.

I agree that Beyonce is trying extra hard to sound gangsta and street these days. Her writing has changed a great deal since DIL, but B’Day will still debut at number 1. She has a strong fan base. It will probably make a graceful fall after that and earn her a grammy or two.
