Bilal — I am so SO sad that his album won’t see the light of day. If he’d sell it on his website, I’d pick it up. It’s really an incredible effort. There’s a song called “All For Love” that is my favorite. I’ve seen him perform live — he looks like he’s having a seizure on stage, but he’s definitely a throwback to great R&B artists. (Also, his background singers were great — mad soulful with great movements.)
