Howard University’s homecoming took place this past weekend. One of the highlight events is Yardfest, where there’s a free concert on the main campus featuring some of the hottest entertainers.
This year Monica, LeToya Luckett, DJ Webstar feat. Young B, Baby Cham, and Trey Songz appeared on the yard infront of thousands of students and visitors. CL’s music contributor Brian and I were in attendance of course to bring you all exclusive photos from the stage and backstage.

Sometimes I miss the HU days. IMO, one of the best Homecoming was in 1995 when Biggie made an appearance at the Yardfest and was then at one the clubs that night. Of course, I’m am and will always be a huge Biggie fan.
