I want to know did Fantasia mother leave her husband, when her daughter made it big. I was told that they are not together anymore, that when Fantasia made it big her mother left her husband. The same thing happened with Toni Braxton’s parents, and they were preachers and such. After Toni made it, her mother left her husband and you would see her out at all the parties.

It is always said that money and fame changes people in both a negative and a positive way…..

That’s not true about Toni’s parents. Her dad was a cheating dog and the family found out about it which caused BIG problems in the family. Toni’s sister was on the NBC show Crossing Over or whatever it’s called healing from the pain from it all.

There are fans in London and other places that have followed you through your Idol journey and want to see you perform there. Any plans for a tour outside the US?

3. Are you getting stronger or weaker? Do you find yourself being easily influenced by your peers and trends?

First of all, congratulate her on the success. Tell her that I truly enjoyed her book. I could relate to the self esteem issues and I was glad she broke down the hood rat mentality that she had as a young teenager.

My questions:

Since you have had some very negative experiences with Black males, would ever consider dating outside your race esp. a white male? If so, which white male celebrity is your fantasy?

How has your self esteem been affected by being in an industry that traditionally doesn’t not recognized your type of beauty? Have you been pressured to lose weight? Get plastic surgery, wear long weave, etc?

What activities or methods are you using to ensure that your daughter doesn’t have to battle the same self esteem issues that you had growing up? What are doing to ensure that the actions of her father will not affect her for years to come?

Tasia is beautiful, strong, and talented. I’m happy for her. I met her in the mall I work at and she was so sweet. She is a genuine person and I wish her the best of luck. She is helping us get out of the stereotypical beauty that poeple of color in our Contry have casted for women. I just started growing my hair out last year and I was always compared to her.
