Before he married his white ex-wife, without his knowledge, she made a visit to his family’s home, trying to make a good impression and to get to know them. He exploded when he found out, he asked her, ‘why on earth would you want to associate with trash?’ She was so disturbed by his self-hatred during the marriage, she still refuses to take his calls.
When he did associate with his family, he was color struck and always treated the light skinned relatives better than the darker relatives. He would make himself available to the lighter skinned family members but the darker skinned relatives were not allowed at his home. This was before he cut off association with everyone.
To make matters worse, around white celebrities, he refers to blacks in negative terms and asks, aren’t they disgusting?
When African-Americans applied for job openings at his entertainment company, he instructed his white rep, as soon as they leave, throw their application in the garbage.
Not only are blacks offended by his behavior, so are whites, they find it unusual and scary for a black man to talk about his race like this.

I VOTED!!!!!!!!!!! I am just pissed b/c I wanted Linda Cropp as the Democratic candidate so badly. Fenty is smoke & mirrors. He’s going to shake shit up just so that he can watch it fizz. He was a wasted vote IMHO (and I AM A DEMOCRAT….although normally, I vote the candidate, but in DC, u can only vote if you sign as Democratic OR Republican—if you choose Independent, they WILL NOT count your vote)
School board & city council picks were easy…I know most of the candidates personally or thru family members. E/c for Fenty, all shud be well in DC!
Thank goodness I didnt have to choose govenors & senators…those commercials would have driven me insane!

Who cares, about the race issue. If you look black people will think you’re black until you open your mouth and speak spanish. Just because you speak spanish and have a hispanic culture doesn’t mean you’re not of the black race. We speak english in America, but the majority of us are mixed with something. Cuba, Puerto Rica, America, Belize, Jamiaca, Haiti, Brazil, are all colonized areas where West African slaves were shipped. We all have the same decendants, but some speak English, some speak Spanish, and some speak French. We are like skinned, dark, and medium. We have straight hair, kinky, and curly. Our cultures are different because of locale, and not because of race.

Well I could see it being Dennis Rodman, but if it was MJ I dont think Myra would not have put “celebrity” being that he was coined the king of pop.

I watched a show on BET the other night. It was about ladies dancing in the videos. They had these dark-skinned sisters who appear in videos, making the point that, they don’t get much work because of their skin color.
They were reviewing videos pointing out how, either the lighter black ladies are girls of other races get most of the work. I noticed this in alot of the black shows, in recent years.
These are shows with black executive producers where, the dark-skinned girls were the butt of jokes, and the light-skinned girls were the object of affection. I watched a rerun of Malcolm and Eddie this morning. That was par for the course on that show.
Montel Williams. He is in entertainment, known to love white women. I gotta go with Montel.
This is a tough one…the quote reads “black family members”, so I guess one is to assume that the negro in question also has caucasian ancestry. I’ll have to guess Quincy Jones because he’s the only negro that I can think of that married a caucasian woman and has an entertainment company that negroes would know how to apply for. I don’t know if Sanaa Lathan’s father was ever married to a caucasian woman. He’d be my second choice.

Quincy Jones is divorced but he speaks too highly of black people to be the one. Fishburn’s wife isn’t white. Wayne Brady’s wife is Hawaiian
I’m thinking Alfonso Ribeiro. He recently fied for divorce from his white ex-wife. Not sure about the production company though. Terrence Howard’s ex-wife is white but I don’t see how he could do so many majority black cast movies and act like that.
It’s clearly Montell Williams as mentioned before. Think about it, he has his own show, studio, production deal. His ex-wife is white, and so is his new fiance’. In the 90′s when people actually watched his show, he made a really big deal out of interracial dating/marriages and why he did so. He was always very vocal about his white grandmother and those relatives because he didn’t want to be seen as just a black person. He showed his contempt for Black people and he regularly treated them like crap on his show. Which is why I stopped watching him.
Although I think Quincy Jones and wesley snipes would fit, Montell is the most likely candidate.

Oh, it’s not Terrence Howard. He doesn’t have a “staff” or an entertainment company. And I read that he still talks to his ex-wife. And I have seen him on recent pictures with dark-skinned, black family members, his manager is black(dark-skinned). It couldn’t be him.

quincey jones is good friends with Oprah and Gale. I don’t think it’s him. Lawrence Fishbone is best friends with Angela Basset, previously stated. Don’t think it’s him. I don’t think it’s Terrance Howard just because he likes country music. I love country music, and don’t listen to hip hop at all. I’m not even familiar with the hip hop crowd only the well known. And I looove my black people. I think it’s Montell. He hardly ever has black guess. I stopped watching his show years ago. With all the power he has, he can benefit our people alot better than what he’s doing. If I’m wrong,whoever this person is, he needs to get a serious wakeup call. Self hatred is a sad thing.
