The curvy winner of the third season of “America’s Next Top Model” has booted her co-managers Tyra Banks and Benny Medina and hired a new management team headed by Jerome Martin.
She’s also making her last name sound like less of a barnyard animal and will officially announce Friday that she’s changing it to Marcille, her middle name. “She’s looking for a fresh start,” an insider said. SOURCE

Well she wasnt under Tyra forever. This is her 3rd manager. Remember she was with Violator. Now word on the street is that wanted to stop managing her due to her doing these odd jobs they disapproved of like that “Model” show and all the nudity. So, I guess they owned the name like Warner Bro owned Prince which is why he went to “Artist Formerly…blah blah.
Whatever the case, managers only promote talent so no comment on that. A long time ago in an interview she said she wouldn’t even consider changing her name and that she was proud of her name and all of that. I guess that was Bogus.
i think its kinda too late for that everyone already knows her as eva all its gonna do is cause more confusion i can see her getting rid of tyra eva was the only model in the history of the show that actually deserved to win.so it figures that tyra would have her hand in that cookie jar tyra wants to be able to say she made and created eva she wants recognition for her career damn shame good thing eva cut them loose before it was too late.

@22 Why would Tyra want recognition for her career? What career? She’s Tyra Banks. She’s paved the way for most black models today. Even if she’d never had Eva on the show Tyra will always be internationally known. Discovering a model will not hype her up more. Tyra did her part by casting her on the show. The fact still remains that this is her 3rd manangement move actually her fourth. SHe left Tyra, went to Violator, left Violator to go back to Tyra and now gone again. Its all in the talent.
