Here is a recent photoshoot with singer Mya and her new short hairdo. The verdict is still out on how I feel about it. It could be a damn wig for all we know.

well duh! of course its a wig! Mya loves to dress her hair up. she would never cut it. plus its naturally really curly, so if she cut like that then it would fly up. plus she would have to do it everytime she’s out. NO ITS A WIG!!!!

I like the new look. Its different. Besides that, she needs to revamp her career. So in this aspect, change could be good. Most of these female artist all have the same look. Someone needs to step out. But then again…it could be very well adjusted wig.

It’s ah-ight. I see how she thought this was a good idea, seeing how every chic in America has been trying to pull off that Kelis look (when she first cut it, not that side shave do). But leave the short hair to Nia, Malinda, and Halle (if she’ll ever come back to the short side).

Kelis cut her hair now every 1 wants 2 try and follow suit…soon every 1 will have short hair and they’ll all look like clones all over again. But on the converse, it looks good:)
