As a black woman I can tell you exactly why I can’t stand Kobe Bryant…

These were my sentiment EXACTLY! I just thought it was interesting that someone would make a movie and address this point. I’m very open-minded when it comes to matters like this so that is why I went to see it. I wanted to get another perspective. But in the end, I really didn’t get the director’s point. And, I understand that many Black people feel that the whole “Blue-eyed White Jesus” thing is a farce and want to clear the record. However, I just didn’t walk away from this movie feeling any more enlightened about anything. They even used the terms “Black Nazarene” and “the Black Jew” and I kept thinking to myself ‘Did people even speak that way back then?’
Anyway, I was just asking because it didn’t get any press and I was just wondering if Blacks who believe in its premise was supporting it.

I LOVE Black people but I am always open to learning new things. I am very logical and empirical thinker so whenever people say things like Jesus was a Black man I want to know why they beleive that. What is the foundation? It’s fascinanting to me.
