Hey guys! Finally back with the new music review! Except more through-out the week. Seems like music is picking up the pace for 2007! I can’t wait to see what else is in store. It’s been a pretty cool year for music.
Fabolous feat. Kanye West – Like This (full) – download
I’m not particularly fond of the production on this song, but I’m digging both Fab and Kanye’s flows. I’ve always sort of been somewhat of a fan of Fabolous, he always seems to deliver a few good song from his albums. I think the track could have been stronger, definitely.
Bella – Come Over (full rip) – download
This song is really sexy, I love the beat, and the vocals are really tight. Bella’s album is hopefully dropping soon. I posted up their single “Never Be Me,” featuring Rick Ross a couple of times here on the site. This song has a really nice groove, I’ve been listening to it over and over again. It’s really mellow and just has a great vibe. I dig it! Check my homegirls out on MySpace.
Chris Brown – Poppin’ (full) – download
Although this song isn’t “new” by any means, it’s been rumored to be the new Chris Brown single, randomly. He really is making his debut album stretch, as far singles are concerned, and I wouldn’t have a problem with that, considering that this is one of my favorite songs on the album. Chis is doing his thing.
Omarion – Electric (full) – download
I posted a looped version of this song, but I must say, I randomly like Omarion’s new album. I just wish it would stop getting pushed back over and over again. It just seems like it’s not coming out, even with two singles and two videos. I think Omarion definitely stepped up his game, so I think this album, “21,” really deserves a chance. And because he might have to retitled it to “22.” Ha.

I was really excited to see new music but after listening to it..eh. The Bella song is aight but I’m not really feeling any of the others. Kanye’s intro kills the Fab song. Thanks for posting new stuff though Brian!
that bella song sounds like a danity kane track, Right Now. the way they sing it sounds exactly like DK, except for the chick rapping.
Love me some Chris Breezy && Poppin` is one of my favorite songs. He`s doin` his thang =). I like the Bella song too .

5, I was just about to mention that song. By the way, where is Danity Kane? And why hasn’t Omarion’s album been released. Almost half the album has been leaked for at least a month. Maybe that’s why its not out yet. Maybe he’s recording more material. Not that anyone cares, CB seems to have the hoodrat demographic on lock.

Bella- I like the beat, the song is OK.
Fabulous ft. Kanye gay west- Lyrics are garbage, another wasted beat.
Chris Brown- I don’t see what the hoopla is over this song. His voice is so squeaky and high….I’m sure after he’s done with puberty though his voice will man up.
Omarion- not a big fan of his but I love “Icebox” the song & video. I don’t really care for this song here though.
i heard poppin in a store one time a few months ago and thought it was a single. since then, i’ve had it on repeat, so its played out for me now, but like 11, i’d love to see a video from him.

I’m so proud of Chris Brown! What I really like about him is that although he has all this fame he still just acts like a kid. Not too grown just a kid happy to be where he is. He’s a little cutie too. Omarion has a good album. I love Obession and Electric. I hope they all do good. It’s time for us to really shine!
