Tracy Morgan is in trouble again. The star of NBC’s “30 Rock,” who is already on probation for a DWI in Hollywood, was arrested early Tuesday for drunken driving in Manhattan, reports the Associated Press.
Morgan, 38, was pulled over by NYPD at 4:38 a.m. after they spotted him driving his Cadillac Escalade erratically on the Henry Hudson Parkway near West 158th Street. According to the police report, the TV star “was unable to maintain a position in a lane of traffic.”
Police said the actor smelled of alcohol. A rep for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said Morgan told police he was drinking beer at a club before he was stopped by authorities.
Morgan was taken into custody at the 33rd Precinct and later failed a breathalyzer test. Police charged him with Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired.

This goes to show you that no matter HOW much money these celebs have it doesnt make them happy.
