Wow! I really thought his ass would be in prison for a long time. I mean he failed to file tax returns for six years, and cheated the government out of about 12 million dollars. Some ordinary Joe would have been locked up for a hot ass minute if they did that.

Folks who don’t make very much lie, steal and cheat every tax season when they claim other folks children and let other folks and family claim their children to get EIC, (for all of you __ahem honest folks Earned Income Credit) — 5 – 6000 or more after they get back the little pittance that they paid in….. There are even persons out here perping to have businesses and filing schedule C’s to claim losses so that they get the money they paid in back. Stop being so holier than thou, and admit it…. 38 mil ain’t 38 thousand, and on thirty eight thousand you aren’t paying very much if you have 2 children and are MFJ. If you had to pay between 11 – 20 thousand a year as some of us do, or 14 mil or more as Snipes still may have to, you would be searching out ways to KEEP YO’ MONEY TOO! It is far time that bloated egomaniacs liike Wesley Snipes and others get nailed to the wall for tax evasion – he should been given 10 years. We need to weed out the sleazy lawyers, inept judges, rampant corrupt police, lying politicians, crooked company ceo’s and other lowlifes including habitual criminals who are an abomination of human decency. Both Canada and United States do not go far enough to make crime pay. I think Mr. Snipes SHOULD NOT SERVE ANY TIME ! He hired people to handle these money matters and they screwed him.Should he have paid closer attention to his people and his money?
