Kimora because her legs are tan, have good shape and tone, and she doesn’t have cottage cheese. The dress is tailored better on Beyonce, but she looks pasty and her thighs are too thick to pull off pasty legs. Unless you’re literally starving to death (Nicole Richie, Kate Moss in the 90s), you can’t pull off pasty legs.
