Kimora because her legs are tan, have good shape and tone, and she doesn’t have cottage cheese. The dress is tailored better on Beyonce, but she looks pasty and her thighs are too thick to pull off pasty legs. I must say this dress/shirt is not very appealing at all, any which way you wear it. I think they both look great in it b/c they are both wearing the dress/shirt in two different ways. Be is wearing for performace purposes only, so the way it fits her is fantastic.
