kelly wins but her hair is flat and boring.
i gotta give it up to my girl kelly, even tho i’m feeling Garcelle’s shoes.

But her hair is a little flat. She look like one of those girls who try to wear a flat-wrap, but don’t pull it off quit well because their hair is thin.
Even though Garcelle wore it first, her accessories aren’t appropriate for the dress. Kelly’s peep-toes are the right style and color for the dress and her earrings keep it young. I don’t really like the too-long necklace distracting from the dress’ bodice but Kelly’s look wins
Gabs definitely. They both have cankles but at least Gabs is representin for us busty gals.
Oh, and I know her name isn’t Gabrielle, but I just like saying Gabs. Sorry if it offends anyone.

Garcelle wins. No comp. Kelly needs to quit with that necklace and that awful wig/weave…whatever the hell it is. I love that Garcelle is the leader of the pack! Have these other celebs been digging through her dirty laundry or what? Way to rock unique accessories w/ the dress. The necklace and shoes match the accents in Garcelle’s dress and Kelly looks boring, like the average girl next door. This pose is not about GArcelle’s awkward pose, but who rocked it better…Mrs. Beauvais-Nilon.

I’m not sure what else Garcelle is in, but she plays Forest Whitaker’s wife in his new feature film American Gun, it’s new in South Africa anyway.

Garcelle is a ‘fashionista.’ That is why she is CONSISTENTLY invited to sit front row at the top fashion shows of the top designers. Also, she is one of the few women in Hollywood who can afford to BUY the dresses and not BORROW them!

Its funny that everyone loves Kelly’s shoes, but thinks Garcelle rocked it better. I think Garcelle had the better shoes, but Kelly rocked the dress better and had a better hairdo. DAMN Garcelle is always going out somewhere… I’ve seen her on like 200 of these “Who Rocked It Better” posts!

It’s interesting how they went with a different approach with the same dress, kinda ethnic with Garcelle and sleek 5o with Kelly. I like Kelly better.

For those of you giving the celebs a hard time for rocking the same outfits, let me just make a few quick points (1) if you’ve noticed, in these segments, the women are always wearing a dress. not too many of them are balling enough to just call up Donatella Versace or Tom Ford and have them to create them a 250 dress wardrobe? Damn, when was the last time you bought a dress that was an original design? Every woman in the world has a dress that another woman also has. (2) only once have i seen the celebrities wearing the same dress at the same event (ya’ll remember when Oprah’s bff Gayle and Alfre Woodard both had on the same loud ass orange dress). that’s the real tragedy. so it’s not that big a deal when celebs wear the same dress at different times to different events. hell i have a little black dress from bebe circa 1999 that i’m still rocking the hell out of at least once every other year. new shoes, new accesories, NEW DRESS! i know another chick probably has it too. i ain’t mad!
Umm Kelly all day, Garcelle is beautiful but I think she’s a bigger size than she wants to admit and that’s why her clothes always look not properly fitted for her body.
