Back in June, Kelly Rowland was spotted wearing this Roberto Cavalli mini dress while entering L.A. Reid’s birthday party in NYC. Then a couple of months later, Ms. Kim Porter wore the same one while vacationing in St. Tropez with Diddy.
As you can see, Kelly decided to wear a belt with the dress and Kim decided to hike it up a bit and wear it “as is”. Who Rock’d It Better?

When I first saw the dress on kelly, I thought she looked cute but something wasn’t fitting right lol. I don’t know if its a bit tangeled underneath or if she has something on under it but, it messes up the dress.
Kim looks FIERCE. It was worn with a Cavalli python belt on the runway which looked really hot too but, she didn’t have to acceserize it with that. That dress was made for her figure lol.
