Musiq and I have a love-hate relationship, where I am really impressed with his voice, and the music at the beginning of his career, but then towards the middle, he’s kind of fallen off and messing up the words to the National Anthem and then making excuses for it. But I can’t even front, this is an excellent comeback song (with a good remix as well!). I am really impressed by this song. It’s well written, the production is flawless, and his vocal delivery impresses me like it did when he first dropped that single, “Sunny” (where is voice was similiar to that of De’Angelo’s!). I’m surprised it took me this long to post this song on the Loop. It’s dope stuff, a great single and return to the game, considering I’ve thought his more recent stuff was less than stellar.

Musiq is the man. I like that he’s successful but not overblown or overhyped. A good voice can take an artist very far.
He has been my favorite artist since I was 14! His music has been my soundtrack! I’m sooo happy he is finally coming back out. I was starting to feel let down, I mean-he hasn’t had an album out since August 2003! I can’t wait!!!

Ebony77, Musiq’s eye is pretty… how should I say … lopsided. I think he’s doing us good by keeping the specs on if ya know what I mean.
He is a great talent. I thought I was the only person who like Remy Shand. Musiq’s first album was the best in my opinion. I am so tired of Beyonce. Don’t get it twisted, she is a great performer, but damn can we catch a break. Too much exposure.

Yep, so i agree. That chick is amazing! She needs to come back with her old grove though. We need some more sad love songs with some bad beats. Toni has one of the best voices out! In fact, people can immulate alot of the other singers, i’ve heard people sound like whitney and that’s my girl too, but i have to say i haven’t heard a soul on this earth sound like toni! She’s truly a gift from god.

I love the song, and I love that TI and BUCK is on it, thats a different type of match up.
I am like such a big TIP fan got every album from IM serious to KING waiting on TI vs TIP buuuutttt listening to his verse, it sound goood, but I dont know if it was relevant to Musiq’s topic of having a buddy, sounded like he freestyled, spit a few bars about trapping . Love the song though.
