That was something posted on Wikpedia, which is a site anyone can go on and make up. If she were really recording an album, it’d be all over the press. That and the tracklist is just something that’s been floating around online.

Um Halle, Dorothy, Sybil (for those of you who don’t know Sybil was a movie about a lady who had 16 personalities)whatever you want to call yourself, as pretty as you are you don’t have to do anything new. You have the acting thing nailed. If Halle Berry is releasing an album, for the love of God, please change that album cover! It has that twee ‘my-kind-of-Christmas’ look to it.

I am not hater, but I AM a singer and I guarantee you Halle is NOT! I say this because she’s been doing movies since I was a child and it seems like she would have taken advantage of her fame long ago and did some sort of singing (i.e. Eddie Murphy). Furthermore, people who say things like “I’ve always enjoyed singing” do NOT need to make albums. They need to stick to shower-singing! I just have this image of her sounding like J.Lo and I don’t think I can take that again!

Halle did not sing in Dorothy Dandridge, she wanted to, but her voice did not rise to occassion. I personally think this is a rumor. The January issue of Ebony is already out, so if this were in the December issue, I would think people would have already been talking about it, also, I think it would have been a cover story.
