And in the pictue it is visible of the scar taking on two dimentions so it may in fact be a verticle scar warped by herpositioning of her arm in the picture one thing is for sure. its a positive medicle sign of breast implant surgery where the implant is inseted under the arm pit. Mary DID have a breast augmentation, and that is a hole under her arm. What she needs to have surgery on is that neck because it bothers me. It always looks kinda exema-like…like a crocodile’s back or something…it’s just never quite smooth.
