I was gonna say Tisha Campbeel because I heard she pulled the same crap that she pulled on Martin Lawrence on Damon Wayans that why the show was cancelled - but him and his wife have BEEN deivorced before now.

@7 - Tichina Arnold was on Martin for the whole run and she’s on Everybody Hates Chris….I seriously doubt she’s turning tricks in her apartment and doing a relatively popular TV show.

#2 Here is my comment. They said the actress got her start YEARS ago. I’m guessing the show was St Elsewhere. The year was 1988 and the actors are Denzel Washington and Stacy Dash. Stacy only did 4 episodes on St. Elsewhere.

Or it could be Stacy Dash and Bill Cosby. She did 1 episode of Cosby show. I think those two actors try to portray family man images.

And Stacy is HOT still to this day!

The year for Cosby was 1985 Stacy Dash played Denise’s friend. I’m leaning more towards Denzel since she did have a recurring role on St. Elsewhere and Cosby was just 1 episode.

Ok, so far I think the best guesses so far are:

#1–Maia Campbell (though I hate to think it cuz she was SO pretty, but what the hell happened to her??)

#2–Cosby and Lisa Bonet, because the clue said the actress was raking in six-figures, and I doubt they would have paid Stacy Dash that much (even now, let alone in the 80’s) for four episodes on St. Elsewhere.

Only problem is that Cosby got Lisa Bonet a new show, and by all accounts (as far as I know) she quit a Different World on her own accord to pursue a movie career.

As for #1, I think a better guess may be Jackie O. I could see her having been a street hooker in the past (presumably before her rap career got started), and I could see baller-types patronizing her services now, more so than Maia Campbell.

#1-sounds like Beverly Peele, she was well on her way to being one of the top models, early 90’s and fell off. She was involved in a credit card identity theft a few years back.

#2-sounds like Aunt Vivian from fresh prince. Apparently there were some problems on the set and at which point she was replaced and she claimed she was blacklisted. Of course no one has heard from her since.

First off…Thanks CL for posting the Blind Items. I am never good at them when I read them without anyone else’s opinion. I think that the #1 is Mia Campbell. It was reported last week that she was arrested for stealing her friends car and that she is extremely thin (almost unrecognizable). I hope that she gets herself together since her mom just past. I think # 2 is Tisha Campbell. Once again…thanks CL and everyone who posted a comment for helping me solve them damn things. They are hard sometimes.

I don’t know about #1, but Trina is a decent guess because there is that whole miscarriage incident circling around about her….and I guess you could have considered her promising when she first broke out because there aren’t many female rap artists. And as far as meth use, which everyone knows does horrible stuff to your appearance…it would explain why she always has 5 pounds of make up on. Ok, if it WAS Aunt Vivian for #2…then who was the one harassing her on the show? Will wasn’t married at the time, was he? And isn’t Uncle Phil gay in real life? And so was Geoffrey (the butler)

Im not sure if any of you heard this information, but the young girl Sicily from “One on One” was being sexually harassed by Kelly Perin (sp?) who played Dawayne. I’m not sure if number 2 is about them, but those are my thoughts.

i believe elise neal left all of us because of some shady stuff UPN was trying to pull, hence why most of the cast left after the first season. i heard that UPN was gonna pull the show but after saying they would take a budget cut, all the people i loved were cut (Elise Neal, Terri J Vaughn, Turtle) Elise Neal mentioned a little of that in an interview she did with Sister 2 Sister.

And I dont think number 2 is Tisha Campbell either, I dont think her career has ever been ruined. And My Wife and Kids was not cancelled because of her, Damon clearly explained why during an interview with Tavis Smiley.

#2 Can’t be Tisha and Martin. First in the clue it says that “Sadly, he kept his word and she was let go. Her career was also ruined”. Tisha’s career is not ruined. Nor was she let go. She refused to be in the same room with Martin in the last couple of episodes and eventually the show ended. They ALL was let go. Tisha was not blackballed because she did pick up a show with Damon Wayans. And what well manufactured image did Martin have? Is this the same dude that was in middle of the road with a gun or trying to jump off a plane?
And it can’t be Lisa Bonet because she was the one not going to work, or going in late. They even gave her “Different World” and she did the same there. If Anything she blackballed herself.

A 30-year-old Saugus woman who has appeared on hundreds of magazine covers as a super model was out on bail today, facing charges for allegedly using other people’s credit cards to buy $10,000 worth of household appliances.
Beverly Peele was arrested on Monday around 7:30 p.m. by deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Santa Clarita Station, said sheriff’s Deputy Colin Matsumoto.

Peele was booked on suspicion of “use of expired or forged access cards,” Matsumoto said. She was released on $20,000 bail at 7 last night, said sheriff’s Lt. Dianne Walker.

The woman faces two counts of felony grand theft. She is scheduled to appear on Jan. 5 in Newhall Superior Court in Valencia, Matsumoto said.

Peele allegedly found a wallet in a shopping cart and returned it to its owner, who later received billings on her credit card statement for items she did not purchase, sheriff’s Detective John Howard told The Signal newspaper.

Maia Campbell. They say she stole a car and was
driving without a license. The story says Maia pissed
her pants in jail, and is so skinny she’s unregcognizable.
A few years back she was running with some hood stars
from Detroit called Dirty Glove Entertainment and even
starred in a low budget movie they shot. She was spotted
